"This Agreement is an important development and a milestone in building & promoting strategic relations with our partners to ensure quality performance in line with the approved service standards set for Dubai Government," said Ahmed Bahrozyan.

"It reflects the level of cooperation & partnership in the course of establishing the respective responsibilities of each party; particularly over the next phase which is crucial for drawing up the strategic plans of vehicle testing & licensing, and establishing the service levels between Licensing Agency and its partners. We are looking forward for the same Agreement to be signed with Shamil Vehicle Testing Center," he added.

Through this Agreement RTA, represented by Licensing Agency, is seeking to achieve mutual benefits of all parties by defining and setting the framework & perimeters of partnership between RTA and Wasel Vehicle Licensing Center, Enoc Vehicle Testing Center and Tamam Vehicle Testing Center.

RTA is also aspiring to boost the common conduct of all parties in a bid to step up theefficiency of performance & productivity of all registration, testing and licensing activities as well as sustaining the contact and interaction between the Agency and partner.
